Here I am again and thanks to those of you who have asked me to re-start my blog. Always love feedback! Always looking for where and how symbols are living and present in our lives. What's up - or down - with your own symbols today? This morning upon awakening colors were rushing around and through my mind. Well, there's the symbolic journey for my morning. What color were you drawn to this morning when you opened your closet to dress for the day? What does that mean for your orientation today; for how you are feeling in the moment your hand reaches for a certain color. The main color raining through my thoughts was purple - yes, one of my favorites. Picking a card the 2 of Disks emerged. The Change card that symbolizes subtle and expansive change - the best kind. That card has such a lovely shade of purple moving through it, too. Just sitting with that card brought intuitions, perceptions and pictures that began tumbling through my mind. Remember, intuition is empowered when we consciously work with symbols. The pictures and thoughts took me through a history of purple in which I saw the blandness of colors from many centuries earlier. I came away with gratitude for the depth and breadth of colors in our world today. Such brightness, such clarity and so many more color choices today! What did I gain from this? Today, the focus of my day's journey is one of gratitude and clarity. I will be especially mindful of communication clarity when facilitating a management meeting later today. I am grateful for the opportunity to facilitate change with this team. And, yes, I will wear some purple today for that meeting. Consider a color journal for several days or longer. Note how you are feeling when you wake up. Note the color you are drawn to wear. Note what you are feeling. Some of my clients do this for the two weeks before and after their birthday. Some use their color journal when they know they are going through a shift - a shift on any level. Look for your symbols today. Where are they? How are they living inside you? What messages do they hold for your potential today? Enjoy this colorful moment!
